The 41st WOCSDICE - Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits held in Europe - will take place from 21-24 May 2017 at the AC Gran Canaria Hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.
