Daniel Mayor Duarte

Daniel Mayor Duarte was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He received his B.S. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC) in 2016, when he presented his bachelor dissertation “Design of a Complex Filter for the IEEE 802.15.4 standard in 0.18 μm CMOS Technology”, which was rated with honours.

Since January 2015, he has been working in the Microelectronic Technologic Division (RFIC Group) of the Institute for Applied Microelectronics (IUMA), at the ULPGC. His research interests include high-frequency integrated circuits for telecommunications, with special attention to radiation hardened-by-design circuits and the analysis of the effects caused by radiation in these circuits.
