In compliance with the reporting obligations (article 10, 34/2002 Law, July 11, Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSICE)), the Company puts this document at users’ disposal to inform about the Website’s terms of use.

Access to, and use of, any part of the Website, any document, material or other information, including text, images, sound, software (hereinafter Content) made available on the Website are governed by these terms and conditions of use and constitute acceptance of these terms of use by the User.

Website’s use

The Website provides access to the Content belonging to the Company or its licensors.

The access, navigation and use of the Website is the responsibility of the User, thus guaranteeing make appropriate use of the Content. Therefore, the User agrees to use the Content diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, you agree to refraim from:

i. using the Content for purposes or effects contrary to law, morals and good customs generally accepted or public order;

ii. reproducing, copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the Content, unless you have permission from the copyright holder or it is legally permitted; and

iii. using the Content to send advertising, communications for direct sales or any other commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a number of people regardless of their purpose, and to refrain from selling or otherwise disclose such information.

Privacy policy and personal data protection

The Company complies with the provisions in Spanish Data Protection Act (L.O. 15/1999 of 13th December) and its implementing Regulation (R.D. 1720/2007, of 21st December) relating to the Protection of Personal Data; and seeks to ensure proper use and handling of personal data of the User, including in its files those data provided by the User considered personal. At all times the files are under supervision, monitored and the processes evaluated to ensure respect for the privacy of the data.

The User must provide true, accurate, complete and updated data. You will be the only responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that could lead to the Company or any third party due to providing false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.

Users can send a letter to the contact email, including a photocopy of your ID card or other similar identification document to solicit the exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

In every form that collect personal data, the Company will inform the User of the existence and acceptance of the conditions of the processing of their data in each case, informing him of the responsibility of the created file, the address of the responsible, the option to exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of processing this data and the communications of data to third parties where appropriate.

Social networks

The Company has a profile in some social networks (Twitter, Facebook and Google+). In no event the Company extracts data from social networks, unless expressly obtained User’s consent for it.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Website, including, but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its functioning, designs, logos, text and/or graphics, are owned by the Company or, where appropriate, has the license or express permission from the authors. All rights reserved.

Regardless of the purpose for which the Content were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing, in any case requires the prior written permission of the Company. Any use not previously authorized will be considered a serious breach of the rights of intellectual or industrial property of the author.

The designs, logos, text and/or graphics unconnected with the Company which may appear on the Website, belong to their respective owners, themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in respect thereof. In any case, the Company has the express prior authorization from them.

To make any comment about possible breaches of the rights of intellectual or industrial property, as well as any of the Content of the Website, you can do it via e-mail contact.

Liability

The Company is not responsible in any circumstances for damages of any kind which may cause for example errors or omissions in the Content, lack of availability of the Website or transmission of virus or malware programs, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

Nor assume any liability for the contents of any link belonging to another website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, accuracy, validity or constitutionality of any material or information.

Neither is responsible for the content and information stored, for example but not limited to, forums, blogs, comments, social networks or any other means that third parties publish content independently.

In compliance with the articles 11 and 16 of LSSICE, the Company puts at the disposal of all users, authorities and security forces for avoid all content that might affect or violate national or international laws, third party rights, morality or public order. If the User considers there are any content of the Website that could be susceptible to this classification, please notify immediately.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to make unannounced modifications it deems appropriate on the Website, may change, delete or add both the Content and the way in which they are presented.

Also can modify at any time the terms of use of the Website, duly publicized herein.

Overview

The validity of the Website’s terms of use shall be according to their exposure and are valid until they are modified by other duly published.

The Company pursues breach of these terms and any unauthorized use of the Website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that can by law.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship established between the Company and User shall be governed by Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
